+detailsI really hate it when people say that their taxes pay for [transportation, education, police, fire, wellfare, healthcare, social security, subsidizing x, subsidizing y] as an argument against paying for something. It’s fine to be against something, but acting like you fund it completely is not a valid argument. You are not the only one paying taxes.
